We have four stages in a flow that we follow :-
Order -> Paid -> Delivered -> Received
How to place an order?
1. Browse through our items, they are classified with product code:-
- A = Anklet
- B = Bracelet
- E = Earring
- H = Hair accessories
- N = Necklace
- R = Ring
Alternatively you can also select "Shopping guide" from the side bar to view according to price.
2. Fill up our order form and make sure all the details are correct. We will reply your email ASAP for item confirmation and follow up with banking details.
Please do check your spam box from time to time in case our email ended up there.

* We also have PosLaju option. If you prefer that, please include it in your order form.
3. Upon receiving our email, please bank in your total to our account.
Please insert our email xsweetpepperx@gmail.com during your transfer so that we will get confirmation from the bank.
4. Your items will be posted the nearest time possible and we will send you a tracking number at the end of the day.
5. Once item is received, please email us to let us know :)
